La’Neika Benbow-Bruinton

CEO & FOUNDER

La'Neika Benbow-Bruinton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist.  She has over 20 plus years of clinical experience and has worked with many. She wears many hats being a CEO, mother, grandmother, wife, sister, daughter and friend.  She is a phenomenal therapist, inspirational speaker and educator.

She is also the author of Sasha’s story, which is her life’s journey through surviving domestic violence, former radio hostess of Therapy Corner, founder and owner of Faith Based Counseling Services, LLC and the First Class Bistro restaurant. Now, the founder of La’Neika B. Enterprise, which is her legacy mentoring and entrepreneurship program, she desires to assist with increasing knowledge, self-development and empowerment to break generational curses and grow. As a staple in her community, she has already made a great and lasting impact.

A’Niyah Grant

A’Niyah Grant is a dedicated youth advocate, community leader, and social worker with a strong commitment to empowering young people and strengthening underserved communities. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from North Carolina Central University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work degree.

With over six years of experience working with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain, A’Niyah has built a foundation in youth development, mentorship, and program leadership. Now stepping into broader community-focused work, she uses her skills in social work, advocacy, and engagement to create opportunities for youth and families beyond a single organization. Her work centers on mental health awareness, youth empowerment, and building access to supportive resources that help communities thrive.

She is especially passionate about helping young people recognize their strengths, develop confidence, and pursue their goals. A’Niyah draws from both her academic training and lived experiences to advocate for equity and meaningful change in the systems that impact youth.

A’Niyah lives by the quote, “Every day the sun don’t shine, but that's why I love tomorrow.” – Big Glow.

The scripture that guides her life is: “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Proverbs 4:23.

LaTarsha Beam

With over 25 years of experience in healthcare. Having earned an MBA while holding a solid background in executive leadership and operations management, she has consistently offered strategic planning and execution, specifically for 18 years, playing a pivotal leadership role in steering pediatric medicine towards medical advancements and breakthrough care.

Her passion for caring for others is evident in her owning and operating Royal Living in Home Care Services. They offer a variety of non-medical services that help families restore balance, order, and peace to their lives. Execution is in their action of providing compassionate care fit for Your Majesty. When not engaging with her clients, she serves as a Board Member of the Gaston Regional Aquatic Center, volunteers with various community agencies that serve the homeless, foster children, and combat hunger, and is an advisory board member to a local City Council. Faith and family are her priorities. Married 25 years to her loving husband, Dominique, mother of five ambitious children, and Ganny to two lively grandchildren.
